Guide Fees

Most of our clients prefer a fixed-fee structure rather than percentage-based or hourly billing. As each project is unique, we begin with a detailed discussion to fully understand the brief and constraints. We then provide a clear fee proposal, broken down in line with the RIBA Plan of Work stages.


Interior design services, including furniture and lighting specification, are subject to a separate fee.


The examples of fees below are indicative only and assume full architectural services, including contract administration for a residential project.
